Peter Morris Cars Consolation Shield Preview

Three teams will battle it out tomorrow at Prees Bowling Club for the Peter Morris Cars Consolation Shield.

Holders Wrockwardine Wood will take on Charlton, the first time they have qualified for this. Wrockwardine are currently in 3rd place in Division One of the Mid Shropshire Senior Citizens League, while Charlton are 3rd as well in Division Three.

The winners of this will meet Pontesbury, who receive a bye as Sir John Bayley cannot raise a team.

The action starts at 11, and Prees will be doing bacon and sausage baps as well as cold rolls and cake.
