BCGBA Membership Application Form

The BCGBA have introduced a new form, the main changes are new Self Disclosure questions.
May I also remind everyone that the applicant must sign the form themselves. The signature is our authority to process the data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).
This form can be posted to me with a cheque for the appropriate amount, every time you need to register a new player. Or, alternatively you can email the completed form to my email address below and BACs transfer the amount into the SCGBA account (details included on the form).
Please not that BCGBA have also updated their Membership Policy, which is attached for reference. Key thing to note: A player who is under 18 years of age will receive free membership until they attain the age of 18 years when they will pay the membership fee.#
