Senior County Championship
A Knockout competition will replace the usual format. Fifteen teams will play down to decide a winner. The draw will be played right through. Due to restrictions and logistics of playing a County Championship match the Isle of Manwould not be expected to participate. Consultation to take place with the Referee`s Association as to the viability of providing Referees to the matches. If needed the Home County to select a local referee. As a last resort captains to referee the match. In all rounds, it will be optional as to whether a buffet will be provided. Consultation should take place between the competing teams as to whether it is viable. All other Senior County Championship rules will still be applicable. All Counties to be advised that prize money will be significantly reduced and will reflect the current financial situation. Dates are July 4th (16), August 1st (8), September 5th (4) and October 3rd Final (2)
Senior Supplementary County Championship.
This event is cancelled and will return in 2022.
Junior County Championship.
This event is cancelled and will return in 2022.
World Club Championship.
This event is cancelled and will return in 2022.
Champion of Champions.
This event is cancelled and will return in 2022.
Veterans County Championship
This event is cancelled & will return in 2022.
Senior Individual Merit.
This is to be a one-day event held at Heaton Park utilising both Crown Greens. Each county to be permitted to enter two players, this is entirely down to each County’s discretion on the qualification process. A maximum of 32 players to contest the event. Each county is permitted to name up to four reserves and will be advised if vacancies arise. All other Senior Individual Merit rules will still be applicable. All players to be advised that prize money will be significantly reduced and will reflect the current financial situation. Date is Saturday 24th July (10am Start)
Junior Individual Merit.
This is to be a one-day event held at Heaton Park utilising both Crown Greens. Each county to be permitted to enter two players this is entirely down to each County’s discretion on the qualification process. A maximum of 32 players to contest the event. Each county is permitted to name up to four reserves and will be advised if vacancies arise. All other Junior Individual Merit rules will still be applicable. All players to be advised that prize money will be significantly reduced and will reflect the current financial situation. Date is Saturday 14th August. (10am Start)
Centenary Mixed Pairs.
This is to be a one-day event held at (to be confirmed). All usual Centenary pair’s rules will apply. This to take place on the Original date. All players to be advised that prize money will be significantly reduced and will reflect the current financial situation. Date is Saturday 2nd October. (10am Start)
Jack & Jean Isherwood Veterans Championship.
This is to be a one-day event held at Prees BC (Subject to confirmation). Each county to be permitted to enter two players this is entirely down to each County’s discretion on the qualification process. A maximum of 32 players to contest the event. Each county is permitted to name up to four reserves and will be advised if vacancies arise. All other Jack & Jean Isherwood Veterans Championship rules will still be applicable. All players to be advised that prize money will be significantly reduced and will reflect the current financial situation. Date is Wednesday 11th August. (10am Start)
