Our Junior County team take on Yorkshire tomorrow looking for our first win over them since 2008 and our first Junior County Championship success since 2006. Both teams beat Wales in their first games, us by 31 and them by 11, so we would win the Championship with a draw. We have made three changes, with Ben Cutler and Ben Carr coming back in as Jordan Millman and Cerys Marshall are both unavailable. Toby Gray comes in for his debut to replace Jacob Brookes who goes onto reserve, alongside new squad member Rory King. We are using Meole Brace number 2 for our home game, we last used this against Wales in 2023 when winning by 22 there. The away team travel to Broad Oak in Linthwaite, which Yorkshire used in 2022 against Wales and won by 24.
It promises to be a very close game on a hot day!
