Our Senior team finally open their campaign against Derbyshire looking for a win to set up a winner takes all clash against Yorkshire in July. We have gone to our banker in Newport, while the away side travel to Barton Bowls Club. There are 8 changes since our last game against Potteries & District with five debutants making their bow. Josh Cotton, Joe Killen and Tom Killen come in at home with Lee Peate and Adam Jones coming in away, while Steve Broome and Josh Bradburn return, and Andy Moss comes back in after missing the game on holiday in a much changed team after last year’s disappointing campaign.
The action starts at 2 p.m. at both legs.
