The 2024 Wrekin Cup Semi Finals and Final takes place on Monday at Old Shrewsbury Bowling Club at 11 a.m.
Last year’s finalists Woore and Castlefields are in the Semi Finals again, and could meet in the final. But St Georges, runaway leaders in the Mid Shropshire League, will have something to say when they play Woore, while Bylet, currently in 9th place and reached the Peter Morris Cars Shield Semi Finals last year, will be looking to cause an upset against Castlefields.
The draw is as follows:
St Georges v Woore on the no.1 big green by the river
Bylet v Castlefields on the no.2 smaller green
The two winners will then meet in the final with 3 on each green.
Dress code applies.
Players must have played 6 league games before the Semi Finals and 8 before the Final.
