Midland Masters Qualifying Preview

The Midland Masters qualifiers take place tomorrow with 11 qualifiers at four venues. 6 of those are in the Telford area with 3 from Bridgnorth and Madeley Cricket Club. At Bridgnorth are the two Killens who have won plenty in the Juniors already, as well as the Sir John Bayley trio Kane Beaman, Josh Hale and Chris Worthington and the St Georges pair Pete Grimston and Martin Gaut. At Madeley is the St Georges duo of Pete Farmer and Josh Bradburn, as well as the Bylet pairing of Cheryl Caswell and Scott Harries, while husband and wife Stuart and Jackie Rutter will look to qualify again after doing so last season.

At Telepost sees five Castlefields players vie for the three qualifying spaces with seven others as Mike Beer, Tom Palmer, Gary Neal, Adie Rowe and the recently married Paul Williams all play. Bridgewater is just two qualifiers with our Merit champion Rich Lawson there as well as Clay Flattley and younger players like Scott Moseley, Will Childs, Ed Proudlove and Chris Stretch.

The scratch time is 1 p.m. at all four venues, there is no dress code.

Good luck to all the players.
