Shropshire into Semis

Shropshire eased into the Semi Finals with a comfortable home and away win over Cumbria. They had 10 winners at home on Hanmer to win by 88 overall there, with Callum Wraight leading the way at number one winning 3, to earn him overall man of the match, in what proved to be a successful choice of green. Rich Lawson won 8 to win Shropshire player of the match. Away we had nine winners on Burton-in-Kendal to win by 74, possibly our biggest win away ever. Sam Millward was the best of those winners 5, with two other single figure winners both home and away. Wayne Rogers was one of them winning 9 to earn him the Shropshire man of the match, while Scott Harries' 12 win earned him the overall man of the match. It combined to an 162 point win overall, again possibly our biggest ever.

We now play Merseyside in the Semi Finals on Sunday 4th August.
