Aaron and Curtis fall at first hurdle

Shropshire's two hopefuls in the Junior Individual Merit both fell at the first hurdle with Aaron King getting 16 off Jack Bushell and Curtis Metcalfe scoring 17 off Bailey Rice. Bailey went on to reach the final but lost to Andrew Armstrong of Wales, who also plays for Hanmer in the Market Drayton and Whitchurch Leagues. Full scores are here.

Callum Wraight is the second Shropshire player that will take part at the 2016 Champion of Champions.
